Our Story

Pulaski Brewing Company Coffee started from a deep love of coffee and the curiosity for all that goes into each brew. We have come a long way from our first roast on a stove top frying pan to a large Mill City Roaster right here in Hawkinsville, Ga. Each bag starts as a gourmet single origin green bean roasted in house to a perfect medium whole or ground coffee. As a small batch roaster, Pulaski Brewing Company is able to focus on high quality coffee. Smaller capacities allow for a level of control unattainable with larger roasters. We take the time to profile each lot of coffee that comes through to ensure you get the very best of each lot. We currently have two selections and are working to provide a larger variety as we grow. Ocmulgee Mud is our original coffee with no added flavors. Tasting notes, you will find in this brew include Chocolate, Brown Sugar, and Roasted Almond. We also provide a decaf option if you enjoy coffee all day but don’t need to be up all night. “There’s an art to all that we brew”
